Job Description

1 Laise with Auditor & Tax Agent.
2 Update cash book daily.
3 Complete bank recon.
4 Filing.
5 Issue cheque, upload in bank portal, invoice, official receipt and payment voucher & journal voucher.
6 Prepare bangladesh monthly wages.
7 Assist in closing account and Management Report.
8 Monitoring and Updating Interco transaction.
Others
1 Handling account payables. (For Glomead, Autosport, Bermuda and Mustapha)
– Verify supplier invoices
– Key into sql accounting system then issue Payment voucher
– upload to Bank portal.
– liaise with suppliers.
– Handling staff claim and comm.
– Handling broker fee and refund.
2 Handling utilities.
– Make payment whenever we received utilities bills.
3 Prepare report.
– Report for those invoice which need to be bill back to others.
e.g. to dealer, customer or directors.
– Data Entry to Accounting System and report for eAuto.
4 Update costing into VTS with photo.
– Upload all costing into VTS and attach photo of the invoices.
5 Handling boss personal matter regarding payment.
6 Scan all bank statement and upload into File server monthly.
