Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Engage professionally with customers on their inquiries and concerns via live chat/email/telephone
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations, identify the problem and identification of the resources required
  • Escalate problems accurately to relevant internal parties, and follow up on pending tickets/cases
  • Serves as a link between the customer and the different departments to achieve high level of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with customer service/support team and other departments to resolve issues
  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge of company products/service offerings, & apply this knowledge during customer interaction
  • Prepare daily/periodic logs of calls and status report as per company requirement timely and accurately
