Job : KOREAN NATIVE TECHNICAL SUPPORT ADVISOR(LEVEL 1)

Location: Bayan Lepas

*MUST HAVE*
Degree.
-Fluency in English.
-Experience in providing technical support for computer hardware/ software.

*OTHERS/ADVANTAGES*
Experience in a contact center environment.
-Familiarity and experience with computer operation Macintosh/ Windows.
-Linux / Unix  knowledge.
-Knowledge in RAID functions and uses.
-Good technical skills in HDD storage, data recovery, and computers.
-Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
-Experience in a sales/ telesales environment.
-Strong customer service orientation.
-Excellent  written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to multitask professionally in high stress environment.
-Ability to be self-motivated, detailed oriented, able to team work and work under minimum supervision.
-Strong problem solving abilities.
-Ability to type 30 wpm.

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Job summary:  Provide Level 1 professional technical, warranty, and data recovery support to customers of client who have pre-sales and after-sales questions.
-Details:
-Answers customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services and products in professional and friendly manner.
-Utilize various systems and tools to initiate and assist customers.
-Sell optional services and warranties to customers by making recommendations according to the customers needs.
-Keep up to date with industry developments, applicable operating systems, common related software/hardware, and company policy to ensure proper communications to customers.
-Administer system functions on all sales order opening, closing, and balancing procedures  according to finance guidelines.
-Adhere to policy and procedures for all customer calls or tickets received ensuring achievement of company set goals.
-Assist in training and product / system testing/ research technical issues.
-Assisting in investigate potential recurring issues and incompatibilities.
