JOB PURPOSE/ROLE/SUMMARY

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join us as Sales Agent in driving the Company’s business growth and productivity of our largest distribution channel. This is a 2-year fast track executive development pathway where it allows you to acquire the necessary skill through a serious of structure training programme to achieve success in this career. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To achieve personal sales and productivity targets by developing personal network and introduction of company’s product.
  2. Educate customers on the importance of insurance.
  3. Attend all trainings as assigned.
  4. To ensure all sales administrative tasks and reports are submitted on a timely basis.
  5. To support company-wide initiatives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  1. Minimum 1 years sales experience.
  2. Minimum SPM qualification.
  3. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
  4. Independent and highly results oriented.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
