Job Description

Sourcing:

· Ensure 100% staffing as per the agreed people Annual Operating Plan (AOP)

· Support functional managers in getting the right candidates for diversified roles in the Company

· Head hunt leadership candidates and source the right candidates for our leadership roles

· Enhance the portal utilization by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates

· Periodic mass recruitment drives

· Enhance the employee referral programs

Assessment & Negotiation:

· Develop tools to do a pre-assessment of cultural & positional fit of the aspirant candidates

· Negotiate salary fixation as per the recruitment guidelines set in the organization

Planning:

· Support hiring managers in preparing their people AOP

·  Design the campus hiring calendar in sync with the campuses’ placement schedule

· Liaise with hiring managers and prepare the internal talent pool ready for diversified roles in the organization

Stakeholder Management:

· Manage the expectations of stakeholders throughout the life-cycle of the hiring.

· Ensure that information systems are put in place to meet the information requirements of all stakeholders

· Coordinate effective communication among teams and stakeholders

PR:

· Enhance the pull effect of OYO by publishing people experiences on social media and other recruitment search engines

· Engage aspirant candidates by reducing the recruitment TAT

· Attending recruitment drives frequently

Key Skills Required:

· Experience in mass recruitment

· Psychometric analysis

· Strong negotiation skills

· Data Analytics

· Managerial Skills

•A minimum of 2 to 3 Years of Experience in a multi-level recruitment •Campus recruitment experience •A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales team recruitment •Experience in recruitment agency is also an added advantage •Speaks; English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
