Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
– Manage and organize daily office operations and administrative tasks
– Monitor and respond to emails professionally and promptly
– Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams for the MD
– Arrange travel, hotel bookings, and logistics for management and guests
– Maintain proper filing systems, documents, and records
– Support in procurement, courier management, and office supplies tracking
– Liaise with clients, vendors, and staff as needed
– Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on assigned tasks
Marketing Support:
– Assist in basic marketing activities including handling client inquiries and follow-ups
– Support in preparing and sending proposals, quotations, and promotional materials
– Maintain customer and lead database
– Coordinate with clients for marketing meetings or visits
– Assist in social media posts, basic digital promotions, and event coordination (if applicable).
