Internal Audit Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Audit Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. You will also play an active role in identifying process improvements and ensuring good governance practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and report on financial, operational, and compliance audits.

• Evaluate internal control systems, detect weaknesses, and recommend practical solutions.

• Prepare detailed audit documentation and present findings to management.

• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.

• Support management in strengthening governance and risk management frameworks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in internal or external auditing.

• Good understanding of audit standards, risk assessment, and internal control systems.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.

• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently or in a team.

• Professional qualifications such as CIA, ACCA, or CPA will be an added advantage.
