Job Overview

This 12-month rotational program will provide hands-on training, mentorship, and career development in your chosen track. You’ll gain real experience in operations, leadership, and projects, preparing you for a future Managerial role in one of our brands.

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, Hospitality, Culinary, Supply Chain, Arts, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Must be willing to undergo training in Singapore for 2–4 weeks (at company expense)
• Strong communication skills & leadership potential
• Customer-oriented, motivated, and eager to learn
• Flexible to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
