Responsibility

· Achieve growth and hit sales targets.

· Implement a strategic plan that expands company’s customer base

· Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships

· Handle sales enquiry from potential and existing customers and subsequently follow up with negotiation to close deals

· Handle customers’ request and complaints

· Coordinate with Plant Manager to ensure production meets sales target

· New Development Project For Market Expansion.

Requirements

· Preferred with degree or diploma

· Experience in sales

· Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques

· Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills

· Being multilingual in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and dialects as you will be required to converse with Mandarin-speaking customers locally and from China

· Dynamic and results driven

· Technical knowledge in manufacturing of ready-mixed concrete, cement or related areas will be prioritized but not necessary
